Limited Site Access: Less than 1 meter of space for excavation.Ground Watertable Management: A high groundwater table was encountered which required specialised dewatering & onsite purification techniques.
Stakeholder Management: Communication with authorities such as Randwick City Council, Water NSW & Sydney Water to obtain dewatering approval as the site was part of the botany sands contaminated aquifer zone.
